THE nth DEGREE is a selection of handcrafted, limited production wines created by Fifth Generation Winemaker, Karl D. Wente. The focus of this small lot program is to create wines that reflect the distinctive terroir of the Wente family’s estate vineyards. 

The nTH DEGREE Cabernet Sauvignon is fully packed with notes of black cherry and red plums from front to back and its optimally ripened fruit is decked out with a generous measure of French oak spice including toasted vanilla bean, polished mahogany, and a hint of clove and winter spice. It is fleshy and full on the palate with a hint of acidity while also displaying a solid structure with plenty of Cabernet tannins. Enjoy with a medium-rare grilled Filet Mignon, twice baked potatoes, and cooked spinach with bacon bits.
