You can choose from three different packages — Enthusiast, Aficionado, or Connoisseur — depending on your taste preferences and desire for adventure. Based on your preferred cycle, our experts select and send out a new set of wines for you to discover and enjoy.
Our wine club packages - whether you choose Enthusiast, Aficionado, or Connoisseur - are all available in two sizes: 6 or 12 bottles.
The wines included in each monthly shipment are carefully chosen by our expert curators to provide you with a diverse and exciting tasting experience. While individual selection is not available, you can choose from our package tiers to best suit your taste preference.
Each of our packages can be ordered in all Reds, or a mix of Reds and Whites.
For the 6-bottle pack, the mixed option includes 4 Reds and 2 Whites, while the 12-bottle mixed pack doubles that, offering 8 Reds and 4 Whites. This way, you can tailor your order to your taste preferences and enjoy a variety of the finest wines we have to offer.
There are no long-term commitments. You can cancel your wine club subscription at any time through your account settings. If you need assistance, our customer support team is always here to help.
Absolutely! We understand flexibility is important. You can skip a month or pause your membership at any time through your online account, as long as you do so before the monthly cutoff date. You will not be charged for any skipped orders.
Your membership fee will be automatically charged to your payment method on file each month, a few days before your shipment goes out. You'll receive a reminder email prior to being charged, and you can review all billing details in your account.
Due to the nature of our product, all wine club shipments are final and non-refundable. We carefully curate each selection to ensure high quality and satisfaction. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your shipment, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
We stand behind the quality of the wines we select for our club members. However, because taste is subjective and the enjoyment of wine varies from person to person, we are unable to accept returns on wine that did not meet personal taste preferences. If you have any concerns about the wine you received, please contact our customer service team immediately to assist you.
We're committed to ensuring your wines reach you in perfect condition. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout for any potential damage during transit. Should you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Wine Club orders are scheduled to ship out mid-month for all recurring orders. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
Be sure to join before our monthly cutoff to be part of the upcoming shipment, as orders received after the cutoff will ship the following month.
Typically, Wine Club orders received before the 10th will be shipped by the 15th day of that month. Orders received after the 10th will be shipped by the 15th of the following month. For example, if your first order was placed between January 1st - 10th, we would ship it by January 15th. Similarly, orders placed between January 11th - February 10th would be fulfilled by February 15th, and so on.
