This Rose wine was made using white winemaking techniques with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were hand picked and placed in 500-kilo bins. Once de-stemmed, the grapes were carefully crushed and deposited in the fermentation tanks at a low temperature, for approximately 36 hours. After this, the juice slightly dyed was drained and separated from its skin for the fermentation process. The process took place in stainless steel vats, separating the solid parts with similar conditions to any fermentation of white juices, for 18 to 22 days, at a temperature ranging between 15º and 17º C. in order to extract the maximum varietal aromas and flavours.
