Succès Patxanga Trepat Rosado is a rosé wine from Spain's Catalonia region, made from 100% Trepat grapes: 
Origin: The wine is produced by Succès Vinicola, a winery in Conca de Barberà, Catalonia, Spain. The grapes are sourced from 40-year-old bush-trained vines grown in calcareous clay. 
Farming: The wine is made from organic grapes. 
Production: The grapes are hand-picked, sorted, and directly pressed into stainless steel. The wine is aged in steel with no added sulfur. 
Taste: The wine is described as having notes of red fruit, such as watermelon and strawberry, as well as tree fruit, such as apricot, peach, and melon. It also has earthy notes of minerals and salt. 
Food pairing: The wine pairs well with tomato-based dishes.
