Intense garnet color with notorious violaceous tones. Aroma intense and complex, are well-known the fruits of the forest, very mature red fruits and jelly of the same. It also has floral notes and notes of spices. In the mouth it is fruity, soft, well-structured and with noticeable final persistence.

Ideal for mature cheeses other meat and fish courses.
