Ross & Bee Maloof's "Where Ya PJ's At?" is a white wine from Oregon that combines Pinot Gris and Riesling grapes: 
Aroma: Soft herbs and hard cherry candy
Taste: Candied cherries, cranberry, and pink lady apples
Style: Skin contact (orange) wine
Grapes: 80% Pinot Gris, 20% Riesling
Fermentation: Pinot Gris fermented on the skins for 21 days, Riesling direct pressed and fermented in neutral oak barrels
Bottling: Bottled without fining or filtration
Pairing: Pairs well with summer salads, picnics, and Asian food
The wine is made by Ross and Bee Maloof, a team that includes a materials engineer and a restaurant professional. Bee Maloof worked in the aerospace industry before turning to winemaking in 2016. Ross Maloof worked in the Philadelphia dining scene for over a decade before moving into wine production.
