Cath-Nah-Aven is our tribute to the great Sherried whiskies of the banks of the Spey River. This award-winning, Vancouver Island distilled classic single malt spirit was carefully matured in premium Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez barrels from Andalusia in Spain. This whiskey has been carefully selected from a range of American (Quercus alba) oak barrels.

Nose:
create complex scent of red berries, plums and oak that compliments and enhances the fruit and floral notes of our new-make spirit.

Taste:
classic Sherried single malt a huge body with a creamy mouth feel. the plums, raisins and herbs are complimented by structured tannins and notes of oak, which eventually give way to a background of juicy malt barley.
