Tatsu no Otoshigo is a proprietary variety of brewing rice developed by the Takagi Shuzo brewery. This Junmai Daiginjo offers Juyondai's characteristic crisp, aromatic and balanced flavor. The aroma is pleasantly reminiscent of melon, with a rich mouth feel and gentle sweet flavors.

Juyondai means "14th generation", as the current president is the 14th generation owner of Takagi Shuzo brewery, which started in 1615. Juyondai is one of Yamagata Prefecture's most well-known premium sake labels.
