Pouilly-Fume "Les Deux Cailloux" - a dry white wine that is made from a grape variety Sauvignon Blanc. It is grown in the vineyards, dominated by silicon-sandy soils. Crop harvested from vines aged 15-20 years. After harvesting and screening process begins with fermentation temperatures controlled at 16-20 ° C in stainless steel vats. Fermentation takes 3 weeks, after which there is the maturation of wines on the lees. Wine storage capacity is 4 years.
