And joining the rising stars of BCS’s line of exclusive and collectible Gray Label samplings is their 24 year old Gray Label Canadian whisky, released in December 2021. Finished in Oloroso Sherry and XO Armagnac casks, this 121.64 proof liquid gold is aged for 24 years and offers up distinctive aromas and meltingly perfect quaffablility. The nose beings with boughs of licorice-hued anise and warm ginger root over layers of sliced apricots, nutmeg, and toasted cloves. The palate offers up hits of exotic dragon fruits and slivers of oak paired with coconut, flaky pie crumbs, and creamy vanilla crème Brulee.
