A sneaky wee single refill barrel of 1979, 42 year old Mosstowie – a long lost style of Scottish single malt produced using a Lomond Still at Miltonduff Distillery.  

This was the last cask of this whisky in Signatory’s warehouse, which yielded only 69 bottles at natural cask strength of 42.9%. This whisky is all about subtlety, charm and graceful fruitiness. Lots of green, yellow and orchard fruits on the nose, followed by firmer waxes, peppery warmth and yet more layered fruitiness on the palate.
