Critic tasting note: (2017 vintage) "The Zuccardi winery gets the grapes for its Q cabernet sauvignon in Gualtallary and La Consulta. According to Sebastián Zuccardi, La Consulta lends the meatiness, while the cooler-climate Gualtallary adds a backbone of tannins and acidity that plays a crucial role here, enhancing the freshness and tension. This wine was co-fermented with 10% malbec to instill more fruit in a cabernet that Zuccardi says is very austere for Argentina.
