TASTING NOTE Wamly sweet, pink Starburst, and a refreshing, bright, ripe fruit Sherry character of fresh peaches and nectarines. On the palate, the cask contribution is tasteful - mild tannin and delicate European Oak leave plenty of room for a balanced, malty, and well-integrated flavour. Earthy, grassy, and complete. A testament to the fact that there is beauty in simplicity.
