Delaware and Steuben of various vinification methods, blended to soften the tannins. Fermented in stainless steel vats. Bottled with residual sugar and unfermented Delaware juice for a light pétillant effect.

Refreshing aroma of strawberry and herbs. Taste of berries, deliciously sweet and tangy sourness.  Succinctly light, yet firm, dry finish.

Spontaneously fermented with wild yeast. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled without any additives. 11% abv

100% grown in Yamagata Prefecture.
