A toasty white, with a rich range of pear tart, quince paste, toasted almond and lemon meringue flavors, which are well-defined and enlivened by sleek acidity and salty minerality. Medium- to full-bodied, with a long, mouthwatering finish. Drink now through 2028. 3,000 cases made, 100 cases imported.

Rich straw yellow with golden core. Very delicate nose, candied orange, ripe honeydew melon and chamomile, flint and light spice. Creamy texture on the palate, mineral stretches across the mouth, ripe fruit core, some vanilla, clear use of wood on the finish.

Rich flavors of toasted hazelnut, patisserie apple and pear, lemon curd and vanilla are chiseled by well-honed acidity and a streak of salinity in this white, which shows focus and tension. Tightly meshed today, this will unfurl nicely with some bottle age or in the glass. Best from 2026 through 2031. 3,000 cases made, 100 cases imported.
