The noblest expressions of Pecorino, Passerina, and Trebbiano grapes are blended together to create the “INCASTRO BIANCO” (literally “white joint”).

Pale straw yellow at the view, on the nose it offers an intense fruity bouquet with citrusy notes of grapefruit, accompanied by hints of white flowers and mint. On the palate, it is fresh, sufficiently persistent, and perfectly balanced, with a pleasant interplay of citrus and exotic fruit notes.

The INCASTRO BIANCO easily pairs with a wide range of dishes, such as fish and vegetable-based dishes, and is unbeatable as an aperitif.
