PRODUCT NOTES These two 2013 vintage Secret Highland casks come from the same unpeated distillation run – this expression was filled into a hogshead that previously held peated whisky.
TASTING NOTE Firepit marshmallows on the nose – the peat influence is not immediately obvious, but is there for those who look. Grassy and herbal on the palate, little bit of walnut, while mild tinned fruit syrup closes out the finish.
