Citadelle Jardin d’Été is our newest creation. Inspired by the garden at the Château de Bonbonnet, a little nature preserve where flowers, fruit and herbs flourish, this twist on our signature gin takes you on a delightful olfactory and gustatory ramble. You’ll encounter accents of Charentais melon, whole lemons and yuzu and orange zest. What could be more perfect for a refreshing gin & tonic?

It opens with bright notes of lemon, yuzu and orange. The roundness of Charentais melon softens the vivacity of the citrus fruits. Superbly long, the finish remains invigorating and fruity.
