Bisquit & Dubouché was established in 1819 with a mindset of crafting elegant and finesse-driven Cognac. This is fragrant with aromas of apricot, honey and cinnamon, trailed by flavours of clove and rose pedals. It's medium-bodied and fruity with warming finish. Best enjoyed neat after a meal to truly savour the artistry.
Eye: A deep, wooden, copper colour, reminiscent of the Oak casks this XO is stored in.
Nose: A bouquet of aromas that revolve around a core of wood and smokey tobacco, with pronounced cocoa and cinnamon notes and fragrant candied fruit and prune.
Palate: A rich, full-bodied and smooth mouthfeel. The flavours present on the nose are enriched by aromatic notes of plum, mocha, cedar wood and licorice. The finish is long and persisting, simply unforgettable.
