BSW's first Single Cask with Bridgeland Distillery and to make it even more special this is Bridgeland's first Double Barrel Berbon (double aged Taber corn Berbon, aged initially in Char #4 Barrel for 6 months then moved to another new Char #4 Barrel).
Made with Alberta's prized Taber Corn, the mash bill consists of 60% Taber Corn, 32% barley and 8% wheat from Penhold Alberta. This Taber Corn Berbon has been aged in two new virgin charred American white oak barrels for nearly 2 years.
Distiller's Note: Aromas of sponge toffee, maple syrup, black strap molasses, and sweet charred oak. Buttery caramel and vanilla cream on the front of the tongue, peppery notes mild palate and brown sugar sweetness that develops on the finish.
