This Cabernet Franc has finesse! With subtle florality, dark earth, sapid plum, wild raspberry, balsamic sliding along a silken palate, framed with long, smokey, muddied tannins. Produced with minimal intervention practices, the wine pours with a slight haze. This is a beautiful wine to pair with goat cheese from the Loire Valley.
