Chateau des Jacques is the Jewel in the crown for Beaujolais, produceing a different style of Gamay. The wines of moulin-a-vent tend to by more full-bodied than many of its cru neighbours, and has a fantastic aging potential. The wine is aged for 6 months in oak, and is proabably the closet in style and weight to Burgundy.Great structure and fruit balance and the hallmarks of this wine
