The 2021 vintage is a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Merlot, reflecting one of the highest proportions of Cabernet Sauvignon in the estate's history. This wine exhibits a deep purple hue and opens with aromas of cassis, blackberries, cigar wrapper, loamy soil, pencil shavings, and licorice. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with concentrated dark fruit flavors, fine-grained tannins, and a refined, elegant profile.
