Critic tasting note: (2022 vintage) "There's a delicious contradiction in this wine. On the one hand, the herbal aromas speak of a juicy freshness, and even of the mountain. And then the palate, which has 14.5º of alcohol, which is high, which here is only reflected in a certain sweetness, but very sublimated by the acidity that adds a refreshing sensation. This is an agile wine—one to drink now—and was made with minimal intervention and without the addition of sulfur. 15% of the final blend was aged in 3,500-liter barrels for a year.
