The 2020 Hexe has deep textures, smooth tannins, and lively acids. It's layered, full-bodied, ultra-pure, and powerful. the palate sends forth blackberry, black currant, chocolate, graphite, black pepper, sandalwood, and chalky minerality flavors. Think hearty meat dishes for this one.
